All assets are held at an external custodian bank, which means the custodians provide account statements directly to clients at their address of record monthly.

PERFORMANCE REPORTS

A performance report typically shows profits and losses. While we prepare quarterly performance reports, upon a Client's specific request a performance report will be prepared by 5Gens at any time, for clients to compare the account statement received directly from the custodian to the performance report.

PORTFOLIO STATEMENTS

A portfolio statement is similar to an account statement which will show your holdings and current values on a particular day. While we prepare quarterly portfolio statements, upon a Client's specific request a performance report will be prepared by 5Gens at any time. Clients are urged to compare their account statement received directly from their custodian with the portfolio statement provided by 5Gens.
